Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Pulse Staffing has exciting career opportunities for a CVICU Pediatric Registered Nurse. We have three positions available; Monday- Friday 7am-5pm with no weekends.

We are looking for hardworking, energetic, compassionate and experienced Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to work in a growing hospital organization located in the world renowned Texas Medical Center. We have both day (7a-7p) and night (7p-7a) shifts available.

General Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care for assigned patients in the cardiovascular intensive care unit
• Evaluate, assess, and document ICU processes
• Provide guidance and directions to health care workers
• Provides support to patients and families

Other Duties:

• Perform tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential function of the job; may be altered or reassigned depending on the needs
• Participate in supporting and meeting the hospital’s goals for patient satisfaction

Requirements for the CVICU Pediatric RN

• At least two years of SVICU Pediatric RN experience
• Current BLS
• PALS certification
• Needs CV experience

Primary Location: TX – Houston – Medical Center
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm- 13 week assignment
Rate: $40 an hour
