TELE - ICU or PACU Registered Nurses

Pulse Staffing has exciting career opportunities for TELE - ICU or PACU Registered Nurses. Pulse Staffing is the premium provider of the highest quality health care professionals to many of the Houston’s top rated hospitals and healthcare networks.

We are looking for a hardworking, energetic, compassionate and experienced TELE / ICU / PACU Registered Nurses to work in a world renowned facility in the Clear Lake / Webster area.  We have 4-6 week contracts available. We are looking for Registered Nurses to start immediately!

General Responsibilities:

• Caring for patients that are on the med/surg floor
• Well versed in infection control, pain control, patient assessment as well as wound care
• Providing care for all ages and all types of illnesses
• Providing support for patients and families

Essential Duties:

• Conduct individual assessments for patients
• Develop a plan of care that is individualized to the patient’s needs
• Perform appropriate treatments as ordered by the physician in a timely and accurate manner
• Document patient’s assessment finding and progress

Other Duties:

• Provide ongoing education to patient and family
• Collaborates and communicates effectively with other health team member’s in an effort to maintain patients ongoing plan of care

* Perform tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job; may be altered or reassigned depending on needs.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2+ year of recent TELE, ICU or PACU
• Must have CPR certification
• Must have current TB clearance
• ACLS Certification required
• Must meet Pulse’s hiring criteria

Primary Location: TX – Houston – Medical Center

Rate: $40 an hour
