Pulse Staffing has an exciting career opportunity for a Pediatric Medical Surgical Registered Nurse. This is a 13 week contract with both day (7a-7p) and night (7p-7a) contracts available.

We are looking for a hardworking, energetic, compassionate and experienced Pediatric Medical Surgical Registered Nurse - Transplant Unit to work in the world renowned Texas Medical Center.

General Responsibilities:

• Providing skilled and safe nursing care
• Planning and implementing patient care
• Provide routine treatment and provide post-surgical care
• Assess changes in patient’s health

Other Duties:

• Other duties that are supportive in nature to the Pediatric Medical Surgical Registered Nurse position

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience of Pediatric Medical Surgical
• BLS and PALS required
• Compact State License
• Excellent IV skills
• Venipuncture and finger stick
• Must meet Pulse Staffing’s hiring criteria
