Arabic Interpreter

We are looking for a hardworking, energetic, compassionate and experienced Arabic Interpreter to work in the world renowned Texas Medical Center.

Job Description:

·         Provide translation services for international patients

·         Perform departmental duties as needed

·         Provide reports to leadership

·         Must have the ability to speak fluently in both English and Arabic

·         Communicate well both verbally and in writing

·         Deal professionally with a variety of people

·         Provide effective customer relations

 
Qualification:

·         High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)

·         Minimum of two (2) years of related healthcare experience

·         Advance proficiency in oral and written English and Arabic

·         Basic knowledge of medical terminology in English and Arabic

·         Must be able to work collectively under stressful situations

·         Must pass Arabic Interpreter Assessment

Location: Texas – Houston – Medical Center

Pay: $14 an hour
